Anytime I get to head out to Bodega Bay for a session, I'm always excited! It is one of the most beautiful beaches in California. Julie and Chris's maternity session was nothing short of dreamy! These two are so excited to welcome their little one into the world.
Beach maternity sessions are pure magic. The waves, sand, and rocky shores bathed in a golden hour sunset will steal your breath away. Add a glowing mama-to-be to the mix and the combination is what dreams are made of! The lighting at Bodega Bay couldn't have been more perfect during their session.
Julie looked like a beach goddess for her maternity pictures. I loved her look. When you have a session at the beach, you can go with light fabrics that are more casual and appropriate for beach weather. Choosing a flowing fabric that can be swept up by the ocean breeze adds movement to your photos as well. As a bonus, these types of outfits are a lot more comfortable for mama in a beach setting!
Julie and Chris are going to be wonderful parents. They are so laid back and excited about their baby on the way. Their maternity session felt incredibly intimate and was brimming with anticipation for their sweet babe's arrival.
