When Joyfolie reached out to me to photograph their Impact Dress before it's official release, I was thrilled! Joyfolie is a clothing company who crafts dresses, shoes and accessories that tell a bold and beautiful story. I am so in love with their brand and their design. All of their dresses make any client feel confident for their session, no matter what type of session it is!
A Dress Designed to Make a Difference
The Impact Dress is true to its name. It was designed to photograph beautifully and impact the world in a meaningful way. For every dress sold, $100 will be donated to Women for Women. This charity helps provide long term solutions to women who are affected by inflation and high food cost during times of crisis and war. All the more reason I was so honored to be a part of promoting this beautiful dress!
The Impact Dress was designed to create a variety of looks with one gown. The bodice has two wide straps that can be tied in various ways to create a different neckline. This dress is so vibrant and elegant! The way it flows photographs phenomenally, especially in the wind! I'm in love with the deep ocean blue color. But the dress also comes in dark honey and cedarwood.
Joyfolie sent me the Impact Dress a few days before its official release. I met up with a few models in Sonoma County to photograph the dress in a variety of ways. We did a fun family session at a regional park, a motherhood session at the farm and a golden hour maternity session! The Impact Dress elevated every single one and made each mama look and feel beautiful. This dress embodies strength, beauty and love!
