This regional park in Novato, CA is such a fun location for family sessions! The views are gorgeous, and the environment is so inviting for play. Play is the best kept secret for capturing authentic smiles during family pictures. I knew this location was the perfect spot for Charlene's family photos.
The last time I photographed Charlene, she was still pregnant with sweet baby Halle. Almost one year later, Charlene wanted a fun and vibrant family session to celebrate the past year of Halle's life! It is incredibly special to shoot families again one year later after their maternity session. Seeing the sweet babes out in the world is so precious! Families grow so much in one year, especially after adding a new addition.
Baby Halle already has such a budding personality! She is curious, playful, happy and easy going - just like her mom and dad! Charlene is such a wonderful mama. She is so attentive, loving and fun. Halle is her whole world. Kevin is an amazing dad. He was so playful and gentle with her. Halle already has him wrapped around her adorable little finger. You can tell that she thinks her mommy and daddy hung the moon - and they pretty much did, right?!
Charlene and Kevin's joy from being new parents is contagious. This is what growing your family is all about! Soaking in every bit of love and laughter from your little one's childhood as possible. Their family session documented a beautiful milestone in their story. So much will change from year to year. New adventures will be had, and Halle will grow and blossom into the beautiful person she's destined to be.
No one ever regrets documenting a moment in time spent with loved ones. Seasons of life change quickly, and your babies grow up in the blink of an eye. Family photos only become more valuable and priceless over time. Take the pictures, savor the season you're in and make as many memories as possible.
