Every few weeks, another photographer friend and I will go out and have little "photo adventures." Basically, it's us just having fun, getting the kids together, and just photographing whatever inspires us. It's a really liberating experience, because there are no expectations and we are free to try new things, discover new places, and try different perspectives with our photography. It's been a really fun learning experience for me, and I always come away from our adventures renewed in my photography spirit.
For this photo adventure, we wondered around Jack London State Park, in Glen Ellen. It's such an amazing place, with lots of textures and colors. From the mustard yellow on the old pig pen buildings to the green moss growing on the oak trees, it offers so much to discover and enjoy.
I'm already excited for our next photo outing!
